As a general rule of thumb, it's rarely a good idea to start a quiz question with the word "Where".
The way this question is worded, any one of "on a Scottish island", "in the Hebrides", "Scotland", or even "the United Kingdom" would be correct.
It would have been better to ask on which Scottish island the cave was.
